Rhonda Riggs has been a paralegal for the past seven years, specializing in family law, business development, estate planning, probate law, real estate law, and civil litigation. Her diverse background allows her to offer clients a well-rounded approach, providing comprehensive support across a variety of legal matters.

Before transitioning to the legal field, Rhonda spent 15 years in the banking industry, where she advanced to the role of financial consultant. This experience provided her with valuable insight into the financial dimensions of legal cases, which she now applies to help clients navigate complex situations with confidence.

Originally from Paige, Texas, Rhonda relocated to Elias Ville in December 2017 to join her husband and his children. It was there that she began her career as a paralegal and discovered her passion for the legal field. She continues to pursue ongoing education in legal studies through the Arlington Career Institute to further expand her knowledge and skills.

Outside of work, Rhonda is proud to be part of a blended family with five children. She enjoys spending time with her family and contributing to her community. Dedicated and compassionate, Rhonda is passionate about her work and professional growth, and she is proud to be part of the team at Hembree Bell Law Firm.
