Amanda Ballard
Senior Paralegal
Amanda started her legal career in 2007 as a Legal Assistant. Since 2011, she has worked as a Paralegal in various areas of the law including criminal (state and federal), family, bankruptcy, real property, and intellectual property. Amanda has focused primarily on family since 2013.
Amanda is hard-working, compassionate, loyal, determined, and intellectually curious. Amanda’s extensive legal experience coupled with her work ethic and redeeming qualities and character traits make her a great asset to our Firm and Clients.
Amanda has personally dealt with divorce and custody disputes and has seen first-hand how emotionally taxing family law litigation can be for all of those involved. Amanda provides legal and emotional support for each Client every step of the way and goes above and beyond to give Clients peace of mind as they navigate one of the most challenging seasons of their lives.
Amanda was born and raised in Whitewright, Texas and currently resides in Dripping Springs, Texas with her husband and two daughters. When Amanda is not in the office, you can find her attending the kiddos’ many extracurricular activities, binge watching true crime programs, or attending sporting events. Amanda is a sports enthusiast and an avid fan of the TCU Horned Frogs.
Amanda received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University (2007), a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies and Paralegal Certificate from Texas State University (2011), and a Juris Doctorate Degree from UNT Dallas College of Law (2020).
Amanda is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
