Chief Operating Officer

Dan Gregory is a native Austinite with more than twenty years of operations experience, primarily in the nonprofit and higher education space. With a unique blend of financial acumen, process optimization, and personnel leadership, Dan sets the stage for those who directly serve our clients to deliver amazing service and results.

With a heart for mission and an eye for margin, Dan has led departments comprising IT, facilities management and capital projects, human resources, accounting, finance, risk management, police and security, and environmental stewardship, while also serving as a critical influencer in marketing, sales, and communications strategies that drive organizational growth and customer satisfaction.

When he’s not working, you can find Dan in his home woodshop, where he makes heirloom-quality furniture, or with his wife, daughter, and dog at one of Central Texas’s amazing barbecue joints.
