Jessica “Jess” Spain has been a paralegal since 2006, with a primary focus in family law since 2014. She brings more than 19 years of experience supporting high-volume family law and civil litigation practices. Known for her attention to detail, compassionate approach, and steady client communication, Jess is committed to providing exceptional support throughout every stage of a case. Outside of the office, Jess is a proud mother of two who loves dogs and enjoys fostering puppies and volunteering with a local nonprofit organization to help dogs find their forever homes. Most evenings and weekends, you’ll find her busy supporting her kids at their sporting events or spending quality time with her family.

Jess earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Studies and Adjudication from the University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating cum laude. She also holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from San Antonio College. Jess is a member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division and the San Antonio Paralegal Association.
