Jessica Brown is a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Family Law Paralegal who has spent more than 17 years supporting individuals and families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. She earned her Paralegal Certificate in 2008 and became Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2024. In addition to her deep commitment to family law, Jessica’s background also includes meaningful experience in estate planning, probate, civil litigation, and criminal law, giving her a broad and thoughtful perspective when assisting clients. Jessica has spent over a decade working within family law practices, where she learned the value of patience, presence, and truly listening.

Before joining Hembree Bell, Jessica spent over a decade working with a family law firm where she deepened her knowledge of litigation, case management, and client care. She has a natural ability to connect with clients who may be overwhelmed or afraid, and she believes every person deserves dignity, kindness, and clear guidance during life’s most challenging transitions. For Jessica, helping others through these moments is not just her job; it is her calling.

Outside the office, Jessica is married, a mom, and a devoted dog mom. She finds joy in cooking, singing, and seeking out new experiences that bring her family closer. She leads with warmth and sincerity in everything she does, and she is deeply committed to offering empathy, hope, and genuine support to those who need it most.
