Meet Paralegal Ramona Harnish — a seasoned legal professional with over three decades of experience across multiple areas of the law. Ramona earned her Associate Degree in Legal Assisting from San Antonio College in 1992, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to supporting attorneys and clients with diligence, care, and deep legal knowledge.

Over the years, Ramona has worked in a variety of legal settings, including Plaintiff Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, and Asset Forfeiture for the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office. She has also gained valuable experience in Criminal Defense, but it was in Family Law where she found her greatest professional calling. Since 2006, Ramona has devoted the majority of her career to Family Law, where her calm presence and strong organizational skills provide vital support to clients navigating complex and emotional legal matters.

A proud lifelong Texan, Ramona has lived in San Antonio since she was just two years old. She currently resides in the charming town of Schertz, just outside of the city. As a single mother of three grown sons, Ramona brings a compassionate and grounded perspective to her work — she understands the real-life challenges families face, and she’s committed to making the legal process as clear and manageable as possible.
