ONBOARDING

Application Process

Virtual Interview

If your qualifications align, a member of our hiring team will reach out via email to schedule a 30-minute virtual interview. This is your opportunity to share more about your experience and interest in the role, and for us to share more about who we are, what we do, and what it means to be part of HBLF.

In-person Interviews

We typically conduct two rounds of interviews, preferably in person, though Microsoft Teams is available when needed. You’ll meet with a few members of our team so we can get a holistic view of your strengths, communication style, and potential fit within our collaborative, mission-driven culture.

Pre-Hire Screening

If we mutually decide to move forward, we’ll extend both a verbal and written offer to officially invite you to join the team. After accepting the offer, we’ll initiate pre-employment screening as part of our standard onboarding process.

Onboarding

Once you’ve accepted your offer and completed pre-employment steps, you’ll be guided through a structured onboarding experience to set you up for success. This includes training on our systems, firm policies, client care expectations, and everything you’ll need to begin your role with confidence and clarity.
