Laytoamb Wiggins is a strategic HR leader with over 20 years of experience driving people-centered strategies that align with business goals. He began his career at Nordstrom, where he spent 22 years developing his leadership approach through a servant leadership lens. During that time, he led people operations across multiple regions, helping build a culture rooted in excellence, inclusion, and employee growth. 

Over the past five years, Laytoamb led HR functions for a small manufacturer and a growing media company, supporting each through periods of transformation. In these roles, he built talent strategies from the ground up, launched leadership development programs, and improved retention and performance through data-informed strategies. Laytoamb has worked with executive teams to align people strategy with business needs and organizational goals. 

Laytoamb holds an MBA and HR certifications in both SPHR and SHRM-SCP. He is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and is known for blending strategic thinking, operational execution, and a deep understanding of human behavior to drive meaningful results. 

Outside of his professional work, Laytoamb is an avid runner and devoted sports fan. He has completed the Disney Dopey Challenge three times—48.6 miles over four days—and brings that same resilience, focus, and determination to his leadership approach.
