Jennifer Rhea Yeager is a seasoned Texas attorney known for skilled courtroom advocacy, compassionate client service, and practical guidance during some of life's most difficult moments. Licensed since 2011, she has handled pre- and post-marital agreements, divorce, child custody and support, protective orders, domestic violence matters, criminal defense, juvenile cases, and felony prosecution.

Jennifer's broad experience includes serving as a senior family law attorney, leading the Law Office of Jennifer Yeager, PLLC, prosecuting cases as an Assistant District Attorney with the Travis County District Attorney's Office, and representing survivors through Texas Legal Services Center's Crime Victims Program. She served as first chair in multiple jury trials and completed her prosecutorial service without a not-guilty verdict.

In private practice, she also accepted county-funded criminal appointments through the Capital Area Private Defender Service. Her commitment to service extends beyond the courtroom. Jennifer served two years as President of the Kerr County Bar Association, was a founding member of the Travis County Elder Abuse Special Task Unit, and has presented to legal and social-service professionals on issues affecting vulnerable Texans. She earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law and her bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

As a single parent who experienced divorce and represented herself in her own proceedings, Jennifer understands family law from both sides of the attorney-client relationship. That perspective shapes her clear communication, thorough preparation, and respect for each client's goals. Outside the office, she enjoys caring for her Catahoula, cheering on her child at volleyball and basketball games, and learning Scottish Gaelic.
